Job summary

your Jared is seeking an HR Advisor to join our UK operations, based in Marlow with a hybrid model (3 days in the office, 2 from home). The role focuses on employee relations, policy application, and employment law guidance across the business.

You will manage ER caseloads, coach managers, contribute to HR projects, and use data to identify improvements. CIPD Level 5 or equivalent is preferred, with strong communication and stakeholder skills essential.

Qualifications

• Experience advising on employee relations and UK employment law.
• Ability to coach managers and deliver training materials.
• Experience handling complex ER casework and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Provide managers with practical guidance on ER and UK employment law.
• Manage complex ER cases from enquiry to resolution.
• Advise on flexible working and workplace disputes.
• Coach managers to improve confidence and consistency.
• Create and deliver HR resources and training materials.
• Review HR policies for compliance and effectiveness.
