Job summary

your Jared is seeking an Employee Relations Manager to lead a busy HR Advisory Team from a home-based role with occasional travel to London and other sites. You will provide expert guidance on complex ER cases, advise on disciplinary and grievance procedures, and help shape organisational people strategy.

The role requires a senior HR background, CIPD Level 7, and strong employment law expertise within a regulated environment, with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Qualifications

• Senior HR leadership experience in advisory setting.
• Proven TUPE experience and strong employment law knowledge.
• Experience in healthcare or regulated environments is preferred.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and work autonomously in a home-based role.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the HR Advisory Team.
• Oversee complex and high-risk employee relations cases.
• Provide expert guidance on UK employment law and best practice.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Stand in for the HR Director when needed and support broader people strategy.
• Produce HR reports and workforce insights for decision-making.
• Drive continuous improvement of ER processes.
