Tradewind Recruitment LTD. seeks an experienced Interim SENDCo to lead SEND provision at a secondary school in Liverpool during a planned absence. You will oversee a team of learning support staff and ensure students with additional needs thrive across KS3-5.

QTS is essential; NASENCO is highly desirable. Strong leadership and communication are required to liaise with staff, parents, and external agencies for effective provision.

Formación

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
• NASENCO qualification is highly desirable/required.
• Experience as SENDCo in a mainstream secondary school.
• Empathetic, highly organized with strong communication.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, manage, and coordinate SEND policy and provision across the school.
• Liaise with teachers, support staff, parents, and external agencies.
• Maintain SEND register, student profiles, and EHCPs.
• Provide guidance on differentiated learning strategies to staff.
