Connect2Dudley is seeking an experienced Interim SEND Case Officer to join the Children’s Services SEND Team in Dudley. You will manage caseloads for statutory assessments and EHCPs, liaising with families, schools, and health and social care partners to ensure timely, child-centred outcomes.

The role involves coordinating the statutory assessment process from referral to completion, ensuring compliance with statutory timescales and legislation, with a hybrid working arrangement in Dudley.

• Significant experience with SEN statutory assessment processes and EHCPs.
• Strong written skills for clear, legally compliant plans and reports.
• Ability to work with families and professionals across education, health and social care.
• Excellent organisation to manage competing priorities and statutory timescales.
• Knowledge of SEND legislation, guidance and best practice.
