Qualifikationen

• Social work qualification.
• Professional registration with Social Work England (SWE).
• Significant experience leading and managing front door services including MASH and EDT.

• Provide sound leadership, direction, priority and pace for all children's staff for the delivery of high quality social work practice.
• Support a performance culture that delivers results through rigorous challenge and continuous improvement.
• Maintain systems for monitoring, reviewing, auditing and evaluating staff through supervision and performance reviews.
• Promote cross-organisational service working with other agencies and partners.
• Support Heads of Service to produce reports and presentations for elected members and committees.
• Contribute to development of strategies and procedures relating to the profession and accountability.
