Job summary

Sellick Partnership is seeking an Interim Project Support for a West Midlands council, based in Dudley with hybrid working. Duration is 6+ months and the role pays £195 per day via Umbrella.

You will coordinate Families First projects, monitor milestones, track risks and issues, report progress to senior leaders, and collaborate with Children's Services and multi‑agency partners. The role requires experience in project management or service improvement, strong organisational and communication

Qualifications

• Experience in project management or service improvement.
• Strong organisational, communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to analyse information, manage priorities and meet deadlines.
• Experience in local government, children's services or partnership working.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor Families First projects, workstreams, milestones and deadlines.
• Manage project tasks, track risks and issues, and report progress to senior leaders.
• Collaborate with Children's Services and multi-agency partners.
• Support stakeholder engagement, workshops, communications and change management.
• Maintain project plans, documentation and governance records.
• Analyse information and support managers to improve delivery and outcomes for children and families.
