Job summary

Frazer Jones is supporting a global organisation undergoing HR transformation. We are seeking an Interim HRIS Product Owner & Workforce Analytics Lead for an initial 6–12 month assignment in London.

The role combines SAP SuccessFactors ownership with workforce analytics, data reporting and executive dashboards. You will bridge HR, Digital and external partners, shaping the SuccessFactors roadmap while strengthening data governance and reporting standards.

Qualifications

• Strong SAP SuccessFactors/Employee Central expertise.
• Experience owning or managing an HRIS platform from HR perspective.
• Proven ability in workforce reporting and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve SAP SuccessFactors from HR perspective.
• Backlog and roadmap management for HRIS enhancements.
• Support configuration, UAT and future module implementations.
• Develop workforce reporting, dashboards and insights using SuccessFactors and Power BI.
• Provide executive reporting for senior leadership and Board audiences.
• Establish data governance and workforce reporting standards.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Digital and external partners.
