Job summary

Annapurna in Central London seeks an experienced HRIS Technical Lead to own the technical design, integration and delivery of the global SAP SuccessFactors platform. You will drive transformation across people, process and technology, shaping a scalable HRIS ecosystem for a global workforce.

The role leads technical delivery across project lifecycles, builds robust support models and partners with HR, IT and vendors to meet business requirements in a fast‑paced, international environment.

Qualifications

Extensive experience designing and delivering HRIS solutions.
Proven ability to lead complex SAP SuccessFactors projects.
Strong knowledge of system integrations and APIs in global HR environments.
Solid enterprise architecture, data security, governance and compliance awareness.
Experience building scalable HRIS support models and continuous improvement.
Analytical, problem-solving and data-driven decision making.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management across geographies.
Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
Proficiency with MS Word and PowerPoint for technical reporting.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end technical design and architecture of the SAP SuccessFactors platform.
Define and oversee integration strategies across payroll, benefits and third-party apps.
Ensure scalable, secure solutions aligned to enterprise standards.
Drive quality and continuous improvement across the HRIS landscape.
Lead technical delivery through Analyse, Design, Build and Test phases.
Oversee configuration, integrations, data migration and testing.
Manage technical dependencies, risks and delivery milestones.
Collaborate with functional leads and vendors to meet business requirements.
Establish scalable technical support model and ensure long-term platform stability.
Drive performance, availability and incident resolution.
Strengthen internal capability and reduce vendor dependency.
Support global follow-the-sun support where appropriate.
Establish governance, access controls and change management processes.
Ensure GDPR compliance and global regulatory readiness.
Embed controls and best practices across the platform lifecycle.
