International Legal Firm in London is seeking an HR Systems Analyst to become the go-to expert for our SAP SuccessFactors HRIS. If you love clean data, smart workflows and empowering HR partners, read on.

You’ll join the HR Operations, MI & Systems team in a hybrid London role (roughly 60/40 office/remote), owning EC modules, payroll support, data reconciliations, and platform enhancements. You’ll collaborate with IT, Finance and AMS vendor and train colleagues on SuccessFactors.

Qualifications

• Hands-on SAP/SuccessFactors experience across EC, ECP (GUI), Onboarding, Comp, PMGM, Succession & Development.
• Proven track record leading medium-to-high complexity system enhancements or module rollouts.
• Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, IF formulas).

Responsibilities

• Be the go-to person for the SAP SuccessFactors platform and HR system queries and issues across modules.
• Own position management end-to-end, including imports, bulk updates, config changes, permissions, and onboarding docs.
• Plan and roll out platform enhancements and support data cleanses and reconciliations with HR Reporting Analysts.
• Run the time off/absence module, including period-end processing and absence buy/sell, and support EC Payroll.
• Collaborate with IT, Finance and AMS vendor on integrations and support tickets; contribute to platform governance and training.
