Tonic Healthcare Recruitment Ltd is seeking an Interim HR Advisor in Leeds for a 6-month fixed-term contract. The role is hybrid with 3 days remote and requires CIPD qualification. Salary £32,000–£33,000 pro rata.

You will lead on all employee relations matters across a multi-site social care charity, with travel within the region. Prior healthcare or social care experience is advantageous.
