Job summary

Michael Page is recruiting an Interim HR Advisor for a membership organisation in London. The role is hybrid and covers the full employee life cycle, including ER, recruitment, and performance management, providing HR advisory support to managers.

Profile

• Previous not-for-profit experience desirable.
• Strong HR generalist experience, with confidence managing employee relations cases and providing day-to-day HR advice.
• Sound knowledge of UK employment law.
• Experience supporting end-to-end recruitment in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to quickly build credibility and establish effective stakeholder relationships.
• Strong judgement, knowing when to act independently and when to elevate.
• Excellent communication, organisation and prioritisation skills.
• Able to start at short notice.
