gtd healthcare, a major NHS provider in North West England, seeks a People Advisor to deliver expert HR guidance across sites. You will report to the Senior People Business Partner and handle employee relations, policy updates, and cross-site projects in a values-driven organisation.

Ideal candidates will be CIPD qualified with excellent communication skills, a valid driving licence for travel, and a flexible approach to a hybrid role (37.5 hours/week, Mon–Fri).

Aufgaben

• Provide expert HR guidance to employees and line managers.
• Manage employee relations, disciplinary, grievance and performance processes.
• Navigate sickness absence cases and coordinate Occupational Health referrals.
• Lead on consultations, variations and TUPE during restructures.
• Review and refine HR policies to reflect employment law changes.
• Analyse exit trends to inform retention strategies.
• Ensure GDPR compliance across employee data and records.
• Coordinate maternity, paternity and adoption case management.
