Job summary

Fortrea in Leeds is seeking a proactive HR Advisor to deliver a comprehensive HR service for UK-based employees. You will support absence management, policy creation, and ER case handling, with a strong emphasis on collaboration with the Senior Employee Relations Manager and HR Business Partners.

This is a hybrid role with 3 days on site in Leeds and 2 days from home. We require at least 3 years in HR/ER, and CIPD is desirable or equivalent experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years HR/ER experience.
• CIPD qualification is desirable or working towards; equivalent experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Absence management and employee relations support.
• Policy writing and HR process documentation.
• Introduce AI tools and methods to HR workflow.
• Run training sessions for staff and managers.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and HRBP across the UK.
• Manage ER cases with empathy and compliance.
