Qualifications

• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or above) is essential.
• 3–4 years’ experience in a managerial role within a residential care setting.
• Strong working knowledge of CQC regulations, safeguarding frameworks, and governance processes.
• Up-to-date understanding of local authority commissioning and partnership working.
• Ability to live within reasonable commuting distance of Bedford.
