We are seeking an experienced Clinical Manager to join a well-established, high-quality residential and nursing care service in Cambridge. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Registered Nurse with strong leadership experience to play a pivotal role in driving clinical excellence, supporting teams, and ensuring the highest standards of person-centred care.

This role would suit a Clinical Manager, Deputy Manager, Unit Manager or experienced Home Manager who is committed to delivering exceptional outcomes for residents whilst leading and developing high-performing care teams.

The Role

As Clinical Service Manager, you will provide strong clinical leadership across the service, ensuring outstanding standards of nursing care, regulatory compliance, resident wellbeing and team performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all clinical operations within the service
• Ensure safe, effective and person-centred care is delivered at all times

Requirements
