Overview
  • Highly experienced and professional nurse manager with over 30 years experience in the NHS and Independent Sectors.
  • Proven track record of mobilising high performing, safe and quality driven services with an excellent understanding of transformation management.
  • Adeptly undertook a Continuing Healthcare Review for 4 London based CCG’s to provide assurance with interpreting compliance with their statutory responsibilities regarding CHC funding applications and derogation or responsibilities.
  • Skilfully managed a full review of the Claims and Litigation department for a London based Commissioner, ensured compliance with statutory responsibilities and NHSLA protocols and time-frames.
  • Successfully lead the project team over a 12 month period for a London based Local authority around Public Health, supporting public health commissioning within NHS Primary Care.
  • Worked with Care Home providers and schools to raise awareness around Infection Control issues such as outbreak management and promoting the standards of the Hygiene Code.
  • Excellent communication skills, coupled with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
