Job summary

A leading food manufacturing company in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Interim Technical Manager to oversee technical operations and ensure compliance with food safety regulations. The successful candidate will lead teams, drive continuous improvement, and manage audits. Candidates should have a relevant degree and extensive experience in food manufacturing, including HACCP knowledge. This is an interim contract lasting 3-6 months.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Technical Manager or Senior Technical Lead in food manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of BRCGS and food safety legislation.
• Extensive experience managing audits and HACCP.

Responsibilities

• Lead Technical and Quality teams to ensure compliance with food safety and legal standards.
• Maintain QMS and manage non-conformance investigations.
• Chair HACCP meetings and oversee risk assessments.
