Based onsite in Huddersfield, you will support billing, credit checks, and master data maintenance while ensuring compliant import processes and timely communications with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in order management, sales administration or customer support.
• Hands-on ERP order management experience (e.g., SAP, MS Dynamics, Oracle, Sage).
• Excellent administrative skills and keen eye for detail.
• Strong internal communication and team collaboration ability.

Responsibilities

• Manage full customer order lifecycle in SAP, including entry, pricing checks, order confirmations, invoicing and deliveries.
• Liaise with corporate customers, distributors and external engineers; provide order updates.
• Administer digital procurement portals (e.g., SAP Ariba) and onboarding of distributors.
• Support billing, handle price discrepancies and maintain accurate SAP master data.
• Oversee UK import declarations, HS codes, duty calculations and NI declarations as needed.
• Coordinate with Finance, HMRC and European HQ on compliance and documentation.
