Catering is seeking an Intensive Housing Management & Support Officer to join our Adult Supported Housing team. This field-based role covers service locations and involves delivering person-centred housing-related support to adults with mental health needs and learning disabilities.

• Experience delivering social housing-related or community-based support.
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own transport.
• Willingness to learn and progress within the company.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Intensive Housing Management and housing-related support.
• Build positive relationships with residents and escalate safeguarding or welfare concerns.
• Support residents to maintain tenancies and achieve agreed goals.
• Contribute to support plans, assessments and reviews.
• Maintain accurate case notes and support records.
• Work with colleagues, care providers and partner agencies.
