Insurance Trainee - Underwriting

We’re looking for motivated individuals to join the Underwriting stream of our Insurance Trainee Programme. This opportunity is designed for individuals with up to 2 years post education work experience who want a career in Insurance. Don’t worry if you haven’t got any prior Insurance experience we’re very happy to hear from you.

Our Insurance Trainee Programme will see successful applicants rotate across different parts of our business for 18 months before moving into a permanent position within Underwriting. Each rotation will give you hands‑on experience and valuable skills, supported by a mix of on-the-job training and facilitated learning.

You’ll also work towards your CII Diploma qualification.

Please note the start date for this position will be September 2026.

• Gaining Experience Across Our Business – Rotate across Underwriting, Claims and other key parts of our business.
• Bespoke Training – you’ll be on a dedicated training schedule where you will build up your knowledge of our business and the industry.
• Professional Qualifications – Work towards your CII Diploma qualification with full support from us.
