Job summary

NRG. is seeking Contact Centre Advisors to join their expanding team in the UK. This is a telephone-based customer service, sales and renewals role, with the majority of customer contact being inbound.

You'll speak with existing customers about their insurance products, identify renewal or additional product opportunities, with some outbound contact as policies near renewal. You'll work to targets while maintaining a friendly, professional service and complying with regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or telephone-based sales is preferred.
• Experience in a regulated environment such as insurance or financial services is advantageous.
• Comfortable working towards performance targets and using new systems.

Responsibilities

• Handling predominantly inbound customer calls, with some outbound renewal activity.
• Speaking with existing customers about their insurance products.
• Identifying customer needs and discussing relevant options.
• Converting opportunities into renewals and additional sales.
• Providing an excellent customer experience.
• Working towards agreed performance targets.
• Following regulatory, compliance and GDPR requirements.
• Maintaining accurate customer records and completing required processes.
• Participating in training, coaching and team development.
