About the Role

We are looking for an experiencedProduct Marketerto help expandFintechOS’ missionacross verticals and use cases.

You willlead product marketingfor theinsurance practiceat FintechOS, working with teams across marketing and sales to share insights, create alignment, and ensure we sell the right product to the right audience. You will also work withProductto ensure ourroadmapis aligned with our buyers’ evolving needs.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Build a deep understanding of ourinsurance customers’pains and needs, the market, vertical markets, and the competition across insurance in the regions in which FintechOS does business.
  • Leadinteractions with analysts, take part in briefings and inquiries.
  • Define highest-fituse cases for insurance, target segments, ideal customer profiles, buyer personas, and value propositions to build repeatablesales and marketing motions.
  • Validate hypotheses throughcustomer interviews, data analysis, and testing.
  • CreateGo-To-Market strategies and plans, working collaboratively with key stakeholders across the business (regional marketing directors, sales, pre-sales, professional services, product management).
  • Developeffective materials and toolsto support the sales process.
  • Manage and createcontentto support insurance go-to-market plans and campaigns, includingwhitepapers, presentations, guides, product videos, customer success stories, blog posts, e-books, infographics, webinars, data sheets, and more.
  • Identifyinsurance industry trends, competitive activities, and market changesto provide input that helps improve the FintechOS platform and its positioning.
  • Work withsales and product management teamsto uncovernew market segments, scenarios, and use cases, define new offers, and influenceroadmap decisions.

What You’ll Have:

  • 5+ yearsof relevant experience inB2B product marketingwithin theinsurance industryand/orvertical/solution marketing experiencein platform products.
  • Relevant experience inpositioning, messaging, and marketing complex platform products.
  • Strong understanding of thetechnology landscape, with the ability to leverage market, customer, and competitive insights to identify opportunities and solve problems.
  • Proven ability todrive product launches and formulate B2B go-to-market strategies.
  • Astrategic mindsetand pragmatic attitude – the ability totranslate ideas into actionand manage multiple projects and priorities concurrently while demonstrating flexibility and creativity.
  • Strongcommunication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to facilitate alignment between teams and be a trueteam player.
