Job Summary:

The senior product marketing manager - Banks & intermediaries, is responsible for developing and implementing global marketing plans and strategies for our Issuing & Acquiring solutions in full alignment with the segment’s GTM strategy and business goals.

This role has a global remit and is cross-functional. The senior product marketing manager handles all aspects of global marketing programs, including marketing strategy, marketing mix, market segmentation, buyer persona development, value-based channel messaging, content strategy across the buying journey, and sales materials.

The role requires a highly enthusiastic and articulate product marketer who is innovative in positioning and growing awareness of ACI and its solutions in the market.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop marketing strategies to position and grow awareness of the solution in relevant markets.
  • Build, manage, and grow the product brand for new and existing products.
  • Create engagement programs targeting buyers through suitable channels.
  • Develop and execute content strategies that tell the product’s unique stories.
  • Create messaging focusing on a distinct value proposition.
  • Enable sales with value-based sales materials throughout the buyer journey.
  • Establish strategic relationships with internal stakeholders and external opinion leaders to enhance brand awareness, coordinate market research, and marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor marketing effectiveness and analyze performance metrics, including KPI development.
  • Coordinate with the Industry Analyst team on product briefings, RFIs, and reputation reports.
  • Perform market and competitive analysis to understand market dynamics.
  • Lead webinars and presentations with strong communication skills.
  • Manage the solution’s marketing budget, track expenses, and invest funds wisely.
  • Track marketing ROI and investments for the product line.
  • Plan for industry events and trade shows in collaboration with regional and global teams.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Adhere to all corporate policies, including the ACI Code of Business Conduct and Ethics.

Knowledge, skills, and experience required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in technology marketing and strategy development for SaaS products.
  • Essential knowledge of the payments industry.
  • Proven success in launching new and transformative products.
  • Strong writing and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency with marketing and web tools.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in consumer and/or wholesale banking product marketing.
  • Experience in repositioning product lines.
  • Master’s degree in a related field.
  • Growth mindset and openness to new approaches.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, global marketing team.
  • Remote work flexibility.
  • Travel availability (15%-25%).
