Job summary

The AA is seeking a junior Product Manager–Insurance to support day-to-day management of insurance products by combining product performance data, customer feedback and operational data to inform decisions.

You will contribute to product reviews, fair value assessments and market research while working with Marketing, Pricing, Underwriting, Operations and Digital teams. This is a developmental role offering exposure to multiple disciplines within the product function.

Qualifications

• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and ability to turn data into insights.
• Proficiency with Excel and reporting tools to organise and present data.
• Good organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Collate and present product data and performance metrics for evidence-based decisions.
• Analyse customer feedback and operational data to identify trends and improve outcomes.
• Contribute to product reviews, fair value assessments and market research.
• Support day-to-day product management, launches and changes for coordinated activity.
• Suggest practical improvements to improve product insight and reporting.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Regulatory, Marketing, Pricing, Underwriting and Digital teams on reports and recommendations.
