The AA in Basingstoke is hiring a junior Insurance Product Assistant to support day-to-day product management. You will combine data from performance metrics and customer feedback to help inform product decisions and improvements.

You’ll work with Marketing, Pricing, Underwriting, Operations and Digital, learning from Product Managers while developing your own product knowledge in a collaborative, hybrid role with three office days per week.

Qualifications

• Some experience in a product, commercial, operations or insurance-related role.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Confidence using Excel and reporting tools.
• Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Clear communication and a collaborative approach when working with colleagues across teams.
• A customer-focused approach, with commercial awareness and an interest in product outcomes.

Responsabilités

• Collate and present product data and performance metrics to give Product Managers clear information.
• Analyse customer feedback, product performance and operational data to identify trends and inform decisions.
• Contribute to product reviews, fair value assessments and market research.
• Support day-to-day product management, launches and product changes.
• Suggest practical product information improvements to strengthen insight.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare reports and recommendations.
