Job summary

AIG is seeking a Product Manager – Data & Analytics to lead the development of data products across the business. You’ll partner with senior stakeholders in Underwriting and other functions to shape solutions that deliver measurable outcomes and drive value from data.

You will define the data product strategy, establish roadmaps, governance, and KPIs, and translate business needs into prioritized backlogs. This role emphasizes collaboration, data quality, adoption, and continuing improvement.

• Lloyds market experience highly desirable.

• Date warehouse and reporting experience.
• Strong technical and data literacy.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership and responsibility of all data products at Talbot.
• Define and own the Data product strategy, value proposition, and roadmap aligned to business goals.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to shape data solutions delivering measurable outcomes.
• Lead/Partner with Data Product Owners to translate strategy into backlogs and release plans.
• Establish data product SLAs and KPIs covering data quality, timeliness, adoption, and impact.
• Collaborate with development teams to translate business needs into changes.
• Day-to-day line management for team members, including coaching and performance reviews.
• Define data product controls & monitoring to ensure production readiness.
• Drive adoption of analytics products through targeted communications and support.
