Relm Insurance Ltd. in London is seeking a highly organized, curious Product Operations Analyst to join our Product Innovation team.

This early-career role focuses on keeping product workstreams organized, maintaining the Product Library, and ensuring accurate documentation and timely project movement. You will support market research, reporting, and stakeholder coordination, work with Underwriting, Legal, Marketing, Compliance and Distribution, and explore how AI can streamline workflows.

Qualifications

• An early-career professional with a genuine interest in developing a career within insurance.
• Some prior experience through internship, placement, part-time role or full-time position in operations or administration is beneficial.
• Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
• Confidence using Word, Excel and PowerPoint; SharePoint experience is advantageous.
• Curiosity around AI and using technology to improve processes and workflows.

Responsabilités

• Maintain and organise Relm’s Product Library, including policy wordings, endorsements and templates.
• Manage product documentation and filing processes through SharePoint.
• Track product development workstreams, milestones and ownership.
• Coordinate meetings, agendas and actions across the Product Innovation team.
• Maintain trackers covering product launches, wording amendments and regulatory filings.
• Support dashboards, reporting and stakeholder updates with product and sector data.
• Assist with presentations and stakeholder materials, including formatting and proofreading.
• Collaborate with Underwriting, Legal, Marketing and Compliance to coordinate product activity.
• Support onboarding of new products into internal systems and processes.
• Explore AI-enabled improvements to team workflows and efficiency.
