Job summary

The AA is hiring a junior Insurance Product Assistant in Basingstoke. You will support Product Managers by analysing data, customer feedback and market trends to inform product improvements and launches.

You’ll work across Marketing, Pricing, Underwriting, Operations and Digital to keep initiatives aligned, compliant and customer focused. You’ll be curious, well organised and comfortable handling data in spreadsheets, with clear communication and a collaborative approach.

Qualifications

• Some experience in a product, commercial, operations or insurance-related role.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and data-driven insight.
• Clear communication and collaborative approach across teams.

Responsibilities

• Collate and present product data and performance metrics for evidence-based decisions.
• Analyse customer feedback and operational data to identify trends and improvements.
• Support product reviews, market research and launches to keep products customer-focused.
• Assist day-to-day product management and ensure coordinated portfolio activity.
• Prepare reports and recommendations for Marketing, Pricing, Underwriting and Digital teams.
