Job summary

AIG is seeking a Product Manager – Data & Analytics to lead data products across the business, shaping strategy and roadmaps to deliver measurable outcomes. You will closely partner with underwriting and other functions to implement data solutions that drive value, governance, and adoption across production environments.

You will own SLAs and KPIs for data products, translate business needs into priortised backlogs, oversee cross-functional delivery with engineering, data governance and BAU

Qualifications

Must have strong data product management experience within insurance
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience defining data product roadmaps and SLAs
Ability to translate business needs into data solutions

Responsibilities

Own and define the data product strategy, roadmap, and value proposition for data products
Partner with senior stakeholders to shape data solutions that deliver measurable outcomes
Set governance, prioritization criteria and data product KPIs (quality, timeliness, adoption)
Lead backlogs with Data Product Owners and release plans; collaborate with engineering and data governance
Establish data product SLAs and monitor production data quality; communicate with stakeholders
