Job summary

Marsh is seeking a Placement Support Specialist to join our Commercial Team. You will provide operational and placement support to our placement broking and client servicing teams, helping to deliver high-quality service to clients and insurers.

You will contribute to process improvement, support stakeholder engagement, and help ensure service delivery meets team and business objectives. A key part of the role is managing market documentation, maintaining records of quotations and terms, and

Qualifications

Experience in Insurance operations is essential.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret information and prepare clear reports or presentations.
A basic understanding of insurance processes, products, and relevant legislation.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

Drive operational support for management teams and processes to improve efficiency and quality.
Support SLA, KPI achievement and business objectives.
Act as focal point for operational and technical expertise for placement and client servicing teams.
Maintain a basic understanding of core insurance products and legislation.
Lead or participate in projects with placement and broader business on identified initiatives.
Assist with market documentation and maintain accurate records of quotations, terms, and conditions.
Collaborate with internal placement, client servicing teams and insurers to deliver effective placements.
