Job summary

Everywhen is seeking an Account Handler to provide office-based support for the day-to-day running of the client portfolio from our Swansea office. You will set up actions from new business quotes and sales, mid-term adjustments and renewals, acting as the first point of contact for client and provider queries.

With a background in insurance and customer service/sales, you will build strong relationships with clients and insurers, handle queries proactively and maintain accurate client records

Qualifications

• Background in Insurance—insurer or broker preferred.
• Experience in Customer Service or Sales.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, organised, detail oriented.
• Team player with negotiation and influencing abilities.
• Willingness to learn and resilience to handle feedback.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth day-to-day running of the client portfolio.
• First point of contact for client and provider queries.
• Process new business quotes, mid-term adjustments and renewals.
• Maintain client records and data in line with systems.
• Provide proactive telephone support to clients and providers.
• Develop relationships with clients and insurers at all levels.
