Job summary

Databricks, the data and AI company, seeks an Enterprise Account Executive to drive value with a select set of Utilities and global enterprise accounts across the UKI region. You will articulate a compelling data, analytics and AI strategy and partner with internal teams to deliver customer value on the Databricks platform.

Reporting to the Director of Telco and Utilities (UKI), you will lead strategic initiatives, co-sell with partners, and ensure the adoption of usage-based engagement models

Qualifications

• Experience selling into utilities and managing large, multi-national accounts.
• Proven quota attainment in enterprise software using value-based selling.
• Experience co-selling with hyperscalers and GSIs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue and growth across designated enterprise accounts.
• Identify high-value use cases and guide customers through value realization.
• Lead transformation initiatives with professional services and training.
• Build technical trust with executives and champions.
