Job summary

Fitch Group's Manchester office is seeking a Data Operations - Associate Director (Insurance) to lead data collection, quality, and governance for Insurance data across Fitch's global operations. You will collaborate with Analytics, Product Owners and offshore teams to ensure timely, accurate data for ratings and solutions.

• Oversee collection of fundamental Insurance data and ensure data quality across stakeholders.
• Define collection methodology and standardised data templates.
• Lead data stewardship and documentation in Collibra.
• Mentor junior staff and provide training to outsource teams.
• Present monthly management reports to stakeholders.
