Fitch Group is seeking a Data Operations – Associate Director (Insurance) based in Manchester. The role focuses on coordinating the collection of fundamental insurance data across Fitch Group, ensuring high data quality, and collaborating with Ratings and Solutions teams to align data capture with business needs.

You will lead data governance efforts, document methodologies, mentor staff, and drive AI/ML adoption in data workflows to improve decisioning and reporting for stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee fundamental data collection across Fitch Group for Insurance data.
• Ensure data quality through validation by input and internal analytics teams.
• Define data collection methodologies and standardised templates.
• Lead data governance and documentation in Collibra.
• Provide training and support to outsourced data capture teams.
• Present monthly management reporting to stakeholders.
