Job summary

Fitch Group is seeking a Data Operations – Associate Director (Insurance) based in London. You will oversee the collection and quality of fundamental data across Fitch Group, collaborating with Ratings, Solutions, and product owners to ensure data is accurate and usable for stakeholders.

You will lead a team, define data collection methodologies, and mentor staff while exploring AI/ML techniques to improve data workflows and decisioning. Hybrid office presence in London is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience with Insurance financial data and IFRS/GAAP understanding.
• Self-starter with ability to lead and inspire a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the collection of fundamental data across Fitch Group.
• Ensure data quality is high and validated by analysts.
• Translate strategic initiatives into practical data projects and timelines.
• Lead training and support for outsource teams and handle exceptions.
• Create key management reporting monthly and present quarterly results.
