Job summary

Fitch Group is seeking a Data Operations – Associate Director (Insurance) in London to oversee fundamental data collection and quality across our global data ecosystem. You will collaborate with Ratings, Solutions, product owners and analytics teams to ensure accurate, standardized data that supports risk insights.

You will lead a team of data professionals, drive data governance initiatives, and mentor colleagues while leveraging AI/ML techniques to improve workflows and decisioning.

Qualifications

• Experience with Insurance financial data and IFRS/GAAP understanding.
• Ability to lead and mentor diverse teams across locations.
• Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement.
• Knowledge of data collection, governance and quality controls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee collection of fundamental data across Fitch Group.
• Define collection methodology to meet current and future needs.
• Lead data stewardship and documentation in Collibra.
• Provide training and guidance to outsource teams and stakeholders.
