International Insurance Professionals is seeking an Insurance Client Services Manager to lead a team and strengthen client and customer relationships across the book of business. Qualifications

• Extensive insurance broking experience and a strong commercial track record.
• Ability to prioritise and organise own workload to meet deadlines.
• Excellent relationship-building skills, with a proactive problem-solving approach.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the CS team and support the Team Director with overall book of business.
• Oversee accurate renewals processing and adherence to company processes and procedures by Account Handlers.
• Handle management administration for Account Handlers (holidays, sickness, absence).
• Lead recruitment, interview processes, and training implementations for new starters within the team.
• Address performance issues promptly and appropriately within the team.
• Set personal training plans and conduct appraisals for direct reports.
• Provide a high-quality service to existing clients, advising, reviewing, arranging and securing appropriate cover at competitive premiums.
• Deal with new business, mid-term adjustments and renewals in relevant markets per company terms and conditions.
• Handle telephone inquiries promptly and refer queries outside your knowledge to the appropriate person.
