Everywhen is seeking an Insurance Client Services Manager to lead a team and strengthen trusted client relationships within the insurance broker environment.

You will oversee day-to-day team management, renewals processing, and the development of Account Handlers through recruitment, training, and performance management. The role emphasizes delivering a high standard of service while driving profitable client connections.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day management of the Client Services team and support the Team Director.
• Oversee accurate renewals processing within company processes.
• Manage recruitment, interviewing, and training for new starters in the team.
• Address performance issues promptly and carry out appraisals for direct reports.
• Provide a quality insurance service to existing clients across their arrangements.
• Handle new business, mid-term adjustments, and renewals per company terms.
