• Oversee day-to-day management of the CS team and support the Team Director.
• Manage renewals processing within company procedures.
• Run recruitment, training and performance processes for direct reports.
• Set personal development plans and conduct appraisals for your team.
• Provide high-quality service to existing clients across all insurance arrangements.
• Handle new business, mid-term adjustments and renewals per market terms.
• Respond to telephone inquiries and escalate where needed.
