Everywhen is seeking an Insurance Client Services Manager in the UK to lead a team of Account Handlers and nurture profitable client relationships. You will oversee renewals, mid-term changes, and new business within company procedures, while supporting a Team Director and developing staff competencies.

The role rewards strong insurance knowledge, people management, and client service excellence, with a focus on delivering a high standard of reliability and coverage.

Qualifications

• Extensive insurance broking experience required.
• Ability to prioritise and organise workload to meet deadlines.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
• Previous team leadership or people management experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Manage day-to-day team operations and support Team Director.
• Ensure accurate renewal processing and adherence to company procedures.
• Handle admin for Account Handlers (holidays, sickness, absence).
• Recruitment planning and interview/training for new starters within the team.
• Address performance issues promptly and fairly.
• Set personal development plans and conduct appraisals."
• Provide quality service for existing clients covering insurance arrangements.
• Manage new business, mid-term adjustments and renewals per terms.
• Respond to telephone inquiries and route to appropriate colleague.
