Job summary

Everywhen is seeking an Account Handler to provide office-based support in the day-to-day running of client portfolios from our Swansea office. You will handle new business quotes, mid-term adjustments and renewals, and serve as the first point of contact for clients, providers and internal stakeholders.

Key requirements include insurance background (insurer or broker) and experience in customer service or sales, plus excellent communication, organisation and proactive problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Background in Insurance, at insurer or broker preferred.
• Background in Customer Service or Sales.

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth running of the assigned portfolio on a day-to-day basis.
• Achieve agreed retention rates and growth targets.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients and insurers.
• Be the first point of contact for day-to-day enquiries from clients, providers and internal/external sources.
• Respond proactively to queries and resolve discrepancies in provider documentation.
• Maintain client records in line with systems and protocols.
• Provide a proactive professional telephone handling service for internal & external contracts.
