Job summary

Crawford & Company is seeking a Service Team Operative to be the first point of contact for insured clients making insurance claims. You will capture claim details on our systems and work with specialists to move claims forward efficiently.

We welcome candidates with customer service experience and a willingness to gain an insurance qualification, fully funded by us. DBS checks and strong IT skills, especially Excel, are important to success in this role at our Milton Keynes office.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred; open to first role.
• Strong relationship-building and first-class service focus.
• Good IT skills, particularly Excel, with attention to detail.
• Willing to gain an insurance qualification funded by the company.
• Offer subject to satisfactory work history and DBS check.
