The role would suit a professional, experienced in claim management either with an insurer or MGA, loss adjusting or providing legal advice within a financial lines environment.
The role is predominately home based, with occasional requirements to attend the London office for team meetings, client liaison and training. Occasional other travel required to service clients and claim demands.
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing a diverse portfolio of Financial Lines claims.
Investigating, considering and advising on coverage, liability and quantum issues relating to a range of complex, high value and global claims.
Opportunity to manage claims in other areas including Medical Negligence, Product Liability and Recall and Liability.
Maintain and build client relationships through proactive communication and service delivery.
Ensure all adjusting activities are fully compliant with the company's procedures, client SLAs, published company guidelines and external regulatory requirements
