Job summary

Crawford & Company is seeking a technical expert to join its Financial Lines claim team on a home-based basis with occasional London office attendance. You will handle a mixed portfolio of high-value global Financial Lines claims, investigating coverage, liability and quantum issues, and advising clients throughout each claim lifecycle.

Qualifications

• ACII/ACILA or equivalent professional qualification preferred.
• Experience in managing financial lines claims in insurer, MGA, loss adjusting or legal advisory environments.
• Proven track record handling a caseload to meet client SLAs and quality targets.

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse portfolio of Financial Lines claims.
• Investigate coverage, liability and quantum issues on complex, high-value, global claims.
• Advise clients and negotiate settlements while maintaining service levels.
• Develop client relationships and contribute to the growth of Crawford's Financial Lines service area.
• Ensure all adjusting activities comply with procedures and regulatory requirements.
