Job summary

Oh Goodlord Ltd in Lincoln City Centre is seeking an Insurance Claims Facilitator to take ownership of claims from submission through to resolution, communicating clear outcomes to landlords, guarantors, letting agents and tenants. You will manage all insurance aspects of the claims journey, respond to inbound queries, and stay proactive in a fast-paced environment.

Strong IT skills with Salesforce and Microsoft tools are preferred, and experience in a process-driven admin role will help you

Qualifications

• Experience in a process-driven, administrative environment with strong customer service.
• Excellent written and spoken communication with stakeholders and customers.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage caseloads and meet service levels.

Responsibilities

• Taking ownership of insurance claims from submission to resolution.
• Communicating clear resolutions to landlords, guarantors, letting agents and tenants.
• Managing all insurance aspects of the claims journey from evidence review to conclusion.
• Overseeing repayment arrangements as part of the resolution process.
• Responding to inbound queries and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
