Qualifications

• No prior insurance experience required; you’ll be trained.
• Eligibility includes UK right to work and residency requirements.
• GCSE English and Maths at grade C/4 or higher.

Responsabilités

• Support Claims Handlers and Executives by gathering information from clients about their claims.
• Learn how insurance policies work and how cover is assessed for client claims.
• Handle calls with clients and deliver excellent customer service.
• Assist with follow-ups with clients and insurers to keep claims moving.
• Help prepare reports and analyse data.
