Howden invites applications for its Insurance Apprenticeship Programme 2027 in Tooting. You join in a permanent role from day one while completing an 18-month development programme in Personal Lines within a target-driven sales team.

The programme offers a Level 3 Insurance Apprenticeship, 23,000 salary, and the chance to build client relationships, learn claims processes and insurance products in a fully office-based environment.

Formación

• Final year or recent school leaver.
• Confident communicating with a wide range of people, including over the phone.
• Resilient, take challenges in your stride and enjoy working in fast paced environments.
• Curious and motivated to learn, with a genuine interest in developing your knowledge and skills.
• Organised, dependable and able to manage your time and workload effectively.

Responsabilidades

• Learn the foundations of insurance, customer service and sales through hands-on experience and structured training.
• Support colleagues in finding suitable insurance solutions for new and existing clients.
• Play an active role in achieving sales goals by securing new business opportunities and supporting client renewals.
• Develop your written communication skills by preparing professional client correspondence.
• Build confidence speaking with clients and insurers, helping to answer queries and gather information, both via email and during phone calls.
