Job summary

Howden in Eastleigh is offering an Insurance Apprenticeship Programme starting September 2027. You’ll join in a permanent role from day one while completing an 18-month development programme.

You’ll work in the Personal Lines & Commercial team, learn foundations, support clients, and gain a Level 3 qualification. The role includes a £23,000 salary, pension, 22 days leave and comprehensive training.

• Confident communicating with a wide range of people
• Resilient and able to work in a fast-paced environment
