Job summary

Howden Insurance Apprenticeship Programme 2027 in Eastleigh invites final-year students or school leavers to join a permanent role from day one while completing an 18-month development programme. You’ll be based in the office 4–5 days a week and work with Personal Lines & Commercial teams, building your insurance knowledge and client relationship skills.

Starting salary is £23,000 with a strong employer pension and structured learning.

Qualifications

• Have GCSE English and Maths at grade C/4 or better.
• Must be eligible to work in the UK.
• No prior insurance qualification required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Complete induction and learn foundations of insurance and customer service.
• Assist clients with insurance solutions and renewals.
• Maintain accurate client records and support policy amendments.
• Develop written and verbal communication with clients and insurers.
• Prepare for policy renewals and contribute to sales support.
