Job summary

NFU Mutual Lisburn & Banbridge Agency is seeking an Insurance Advisor (Commercial & Personal Lines) to be the first point of contact for customers, delivering friendly, professional service and handling policy enquiries and changes.

The role offers full-time hours, structured training and a clear path to professional qualifications, with benefits including pension, private medical insurance, flexitime, and holiday entitlement. Location is Lisburn & Banbridge.

Qualifications

8 GCSEs or equivalent, including Maths and English.
Excellent communication skills with a strong customer focus.
Resilience, self-motivation and disciplined pipeline management.
High attention to detail with strong organisation and time management skills.

Responsibilities

Be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring friendly, professional interactions.
Provide first-class customer service, handling enquiries and changes to policies and processing paperwork.
Conduct insurance reviews with existing customers and drive new business growth for NFU Mutual Lisburn & Banbridge.
Convert commercial, motor and personal insurance opportunities into sales.
Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure accurate, efficient processes.
